I was truly impressed by the lovely lobby decor, which was both inviting and elegant. The staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring easy access to all areas, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable as a senior traveler.
More staff needed during peak times would help.

Fantastic spacious rooms and modern facilities
I had a delightful stay, enjoying the exceptionally spacious and comfortable room with a lovely mountain view. The hotel's modern design and amenities like the pool and fire pits were standout features. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. However, I would have appreciated a wider variety of dining options nearby.

my stay was fantastic as I enjoyed huge, comfortable rooms and the hotel's close proximity to a variety of restaurants and walking areas, making it easy to explore local dining spots like El Gallo Taqueria just down the street and enjoy a nice stroll around Bennett Valley, which is a perfect place for some fresh air and scenic views.

I gotta say, the staff really stepped it up for me. When I mentioned my dad's walker situation, they made sure we had a room close to the lobby. And don't get me started on those blueberry pancakes. Best I ever had! !
It wasn’t cheap, but still quite reasonable for what you get!

Great location and comfortable stay
The location is super convenient for Napa/Sonoma trips. The Deluxe King Room was massive, with comfy beds and free toiletries. The hotel feels brand new. Loved the fitness center and outdoor pool. The lobby area is pretty chic. Soft towels and a spacious bathroom were big pluses. Staff was okay.

Awesome stay with great staff
I had a wonderful time! The staff was super friendly, especially Johnnie at the bar and Ayushi at the front desk. Loved hanging by the pool, it was perfect for relaxing. The place was clean and stylish, but parking could be a bit tricky at times. Overall, well worth it!

Cozy stay with delicious pancakes!
The lobby smells amazing and is super comfy. The check-in lady gave us a fab winery rec that we loved! Those blueberry pancakes at breakfast? To die for! Only thing is, breakfast took a while since they were a bit short-staffed. The pool's there if you wanna swim, but I skipped it this time.

The staff were really helpful, went outta their way just to help us out, like, serious dedication! Also, the design of the place is top-notch, everything feels fresh and new, particularly loved the comfy king bed, best sleep I’ve had in weeks.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but for what you get, it’s still tolerable.

Comfortable beds and friendly staff created a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel’s design and amenities like the pool and fire pits were impressive, making it easy to relax. However, the lack of staff presence during certain hours was disappointing, as we found no bartender or receptionist at critical times, which affected our overall experience.

missingWrote a review on Jul 20comfortable spacewarm poolrelaxing hot tubfrigid room
The bedrooms offer a decent amount of space, making them comfortable for a stay. The swimming pool stays warm, great for an evening dip, and the hot tub provides a relaxing retreat after a long day, which I appreciated.
Upon arrival, the thermostat in the room was set to a chilling 64 degrees, so frigid it felt like entering a freezer. Though I managed to warm it up to a tolerable level, it blew air like a wind tunnel. Dining options felt lackluster. the cocktail I ordered was weak, and the main courses left much to be desired in terms of quality given the price. The distinctive smell of stockyards nearby in the morning was far from appealing, which may be a deterrent for some guests.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
